Sydney Vegan Bottomless Brunch - Untied
So by now you probably know that Sydney know how to do a good brunch, and it is that time of day that we love the most! We get a few extra hours sleep and it is also that perfect cross over between breakfast and lunch meaning it is not too early to chose the sweet option instead of the savoury. Pair the amazing brunch food with excessive amounts of prosecco and cocktails and you have yourself a pretty amazing Sunday, also known as a bottomless brunch. When it is a 6 course vegan menu, well then that is when our dreams have really come true. Every Sunday throughout summer here in Sydney, the Barangaroo rooftop Untied will be serving up a 6 course 100 percent cruelty free bottomless brunch for you to all enjoy. 2 hours of unlimited vegan beverages, amazing food all whilst enjoying the views of the city and harbour.
Heres a little example of the dishes you’ll be served; start off with palm heart croquettes with a side of mango-chilli sauce, then move onto the corn fritters with Mexican salsa and chipotle aioli (if you haven’t tried vegan aioli, you are in for a treat), before tucking into the walnut tacos, tofu and eggplant shakshuka and jackfruit burritos (these burritos are like no other). Come dessert, you’ll be treated to fried banana rolls with Ben & Jerry's coconut choc-chip ice cream and caramel sauce, this really is on another level. On top of this, you get two juice shots, one green juice and one acai shot, these are perfect to freshen you up on a hot day and during the multiple alcoholic beverages you are making your way through. Now for the important part, the alcohol options. You get to work your way through 3 bottomless cocktails; the Cinzano Spritz, Lychee Snap and the Beetroot Sunrise, and yes these are all alcoholic and you can have as many of them as you please. Along with the choice of 4 vegan wine options, a Prosecco, Rose, Pinot Grigio and a Shiraz, all included in the $65pp.
So if you have a special occasion coming up or you just fancy a sunday brunch catching up with friends, be sure to check this place out. Oh and did I mention, they even have a table tennis table for you to show off your skills (or in my case, embarrass yourself after a few too many cocktails ha ha).
